AERCO’s onAER continuously monitors the overall health of your system helping you properly maintain and protect your investment. onAER gives you an instant, easy-to-read overview of how units are performing including:

• Overview of units and plants at all your sites
• Plant efficiency
• A list of which units require immediate action, demand attention or need maintenance
• Individual unit performance including efficiency, O2 levels, and cycles per hour
• A list of fault events with possible causes and suggested actions
• Technical data including heartbeat records with ability to graph data so you can view trends

With onAER, you’ll receive monthly reports giving you a snapshot of site performance as well as instant email alerts to let you know immediately if there are faults or a decline in equipment performance enabling you to prevent unnecessary wear-and tear of your equipment as well as premature failure.

onAER also enables you to add certified local technicians to your account so they can access the technical information for the units associated at your property. They’ll receive maintenance and unit fault alerts so they can be a step ahead of any problems giving you additional coverage and peace of mind.

How onAER Works

The Benchmark Platinum comes standard with an Ethernet port, but a wifi module is optional and can be purchased separately. Using an Ethernet cable and a LAN or secured VLAN, or a wifi module, the equipment will automatically send small packets of data to AERCO's cloud servers where it is cataloged, analyzed and stored.

AERCO then translates this data to the onAER site enabling you to easily see how your units are performing and make any adjustments necessary so you can protect your investment and keep your systems operating optimally for years to come.

For your security and confidentiality, onAER is a send-only service - there is no inbound access necessary or required.
